since I was 13!
My Journey...
As a child, I was always drawn to the beauty of nature and the stars. My passion for these things only grew as I got older, and by the time I was 13, I was often referred to as an “old soul” by the elder’s in my life. Growing up in Connecticut and later moving to Chattanooga, I spent much of my time exploring the natural world around me and reading about the luminaries in the sky. I believe my life was written in the stars long before I took my first breath.
In 1988, I moved to New York City to pursue my dreams and before I knew it, I was experiencing things way outside of my comfort zone. The fast-paced city taught me so much about life and I learned some really painful lessons that helped me grow both emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. It’s where I healed from a rare tumor in my jaw that showed me that things are not happening ‘to me’, they are happening ‘for me.’ Through the ups and downs, I always held on to my inner vision of helping others feel good, heal, and transform.
Thirteen years ago, I decided to shift my experience with supporting and guiding women to heal physically into supporting women with their inner-healing. I decided to show up in the midst of the ‘not sure what is next’ attitude in a state of gratitude that lead me on a beautiful journey of coming back to the remembrance of what my soul came into my body to express.
Throughout all the lessons I’ve learned and what I grown through to get to this point in my life, there is one thing that hasn’t changed. It’s the feeling of womxn feeling and living their best life. And supporting womxn that are ready to move beyond the beliefs that have held them back from sharing the full expression of their light, their magnetism and their soul work.
My lifelong fascination with healing has evolved into a deeper love of self-mastery. Mastering our inner world so we feel deeply nourished and unapologetically express our uniqueness in our business.
I’m excited to support, guide and hold space for every aspect of you to show up powerfully for yourself and the community you desire to serve.
